How to Show 50 or 100 Emails per page on Gmail

Have you ever wanted to increase or decrease the number of Emails per page on Gmail? If yes, then follow the below method to increase or decrease the number of Emails per page on Gmail.

Show 50 or 100 Emails per page on Gmail

  1. Open Gmail in your Browser (skip the step, if gmail is already opened).
  2. Google Login

  3. Click on the Settings Button.

  5. Click on Settings Option:

  7. Under the General Menu, Navigate to Maximum page size:

  9. Click on the Dropdown Menu and choose 50 or 100 (alternatively, you can also choose 10, 15, 20, 25, 50, 100).

  11. Scroll down to the End of page and Click on Save Changes Button.

    Congratulations!! Now, Gmail will reload itself and shows the number of email messages you set per page.

[*] Limitations: Gmail Desktop Client only allows you to set the number of emails per page between 10, 15, 20, 25, 50, and 100. Gmail does not support infinite scrolling in the desktop client, unlike the Gmail App for Android or iOS (which supports endless scroll).

[*] Revert to Default: If you ever wanted to revert the number of Email messages per page to default, then: Simply Open Gmail Desktop Client > Settings > Under General Tab, Navigate to Maximum page size > Click on Dropdown > Select 50 (50 is set as default by Gmail).
